My client needs a new Field Sales Manager as they have promoted the last one!
Selling into the independent channel, the field sales team for this brand is currently lean – so they are looking for a Field Sales Manager that can grow the headcount by increasing the results the team are currently delivering. My client’s business started out in the independent sector across the South east and it is these customers loyalty that has driven a lot of the success this company has experienced, therefore this channel is seen as the heart land of the business and where they came from and is incredibly important.
You will be responsible for the development and coaching of the current sales executives, new business development manager and the customer service team, as well as growing the team around you.
