Our client, currently has an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a gobal company who are specialists within the Retail sector. This role is based in the Thames Valley Area.
This role will require you to report into the Head of HR.
The content of the role is very much a generalist role which will cover the spectrum of HR activity including; recruitment, compensation and benefits, HR Management information and development.
Working with Management team and key stakeholders to ensure local policies and processes are in line with the needs of the business
Working closely with managers and stakeholders
Dealing with all ER and Performance Management issues
Reviewing remuneration and benefits
Ensure personnel records are maintained
Facilitate employee training
Desired Skills & Experience;
The successful candidate must be CIPD qualified or an equivalent.
You will have gained previous business partnering experience.
Demonstrate the ability to work with a diverse client group and ideally have previous knowledge of working in a start-up situation managing/developing a team.
Have the ability to deal with conflicting/changing priorities and work time under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
