An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Administrator based in Surrey near to Redhill working as part of a team of busy administrators to ensure the smooth running of the helpdesk office.
Dedicated Contracts Administration to a portfolio of sites
Answering phone calls within a timely manner – transferring and taking messages where necessary
Daily interaction with clients and sub-contractors
Responding to all call-outs that come through via email or phone
Placing purchase orders with Sub Contractors and suppliers
Collaborating with Sub Contractors for all Health and Safety documentation
Scheduling engineering staff on a weekly basis
Invoicing on a weekly basis
Site set-up – paperwork and electronic
Daily input of all works onto in-house system
Administration assistance to contracts manager
Assisting the Contracts Manager in compiling monthly contract reports
Ad-hoc administration roles
