Our client is a world leading IT company, producing some of the most recognised and exciting technology brands and accessories.
To manage German speaking business client relationships, they wish to recruit, for a 9-12 month maternity contract cover, a German speaking Customer Services Executive. The role will include the following responsibilities:
To effectively monitor service levels and customer satisfaction and contribute actively towards a smooth customer experience
Clearly communicate with customers via e-mail and phone. Where applicable, deal with complaints from customers and make good business decisions in order to resolve them
To receive incoming customer service calls from all EMEA customers
Deal with requests from distributors, resellers and endusers from the EMEA region
Provide regular and timely updates to customers about their cases while checking the status of the delivery
Create and maintain clear and detailed work records
Perform other duties as assigned.Managing inbound and outbound
CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
Fluency in German is essential and also ideally fluency in 1 more language, as well as English
Experience of dealing with customers via phone / email in an administrative/office-based role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross functional working internally and with customers
Intermediate MS Office skills
SALARY, BENEFITS & WORKING HOURS
Â£18,000 – Â£20,000 + bonus (approx. Â£2000) + excellent benefits. Monday-Friday, standard office hours (no shifts!). 9-12 month maternity cover contract, permanent job offer option.
