An exciting opportunity to join the marketing and communications department for one of the UK’s leading wealth management firms. The role is for a Digital Manager.
About the role
The Digital Manager will be reporting directly into the Director of Marketing and Communications and will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of effective digital materials. The Digital Manager will be a digital expert and will have a critical role to play in advising the entire marketing and communications team ensuring the digital platforms adhere to the brand guidelines, and contribute towards improving brand favourability.
Source and develop partners which enhance the quality and nature of the brand.
Develop and deliver a digital development plan that recognises and meets the requirements of the Communications and Marketing plans.
Set online policies, standards and budgets for all online communication channels and communicate these to the managers across the team.
Ensure prospective clients are engaged on the website and directly accordingly to maximise conversion rates.
Use digital analytics to track client journey, offering improvements when needed.
Manage external digital agencies to ensure all digital activity is within brand guidelines and relevant timescales are met.
About the person
The Digital Manager will have at least 5 years recent digital experience within a corporate or agency environment. Previous experience in the Financial Services industry essential. Due to the nature of the role strong consultancy, resilience and negotiation skills are required.
