German speaking New Business Development Executive – DACH

In order to devleop new business sales across the DACH territory, they wish to recruit a sales motivated German speaking New Business Development Executive. If you’re interested, here’s what you’ve got to do, and more:
Cold call companies (blue chip and SMEs) and make sales appointments for Business Development Managers in the DACH territory
Respond to all incoming leads immediately and effectively
Follow up leads to ensure maximum new business generation
Conduct basic research into named industry segments so as to be able to make an informed call
Identify and remain up to date on industry trends and potential business
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
If you can accomplish the above, you’ve got what it takes! Realistically, we need someone with:
Fluency in German
Previous telesales, telemarketing or sales experience gained within a B2B environment
Have a very determined, competitive and success driven personality – this is the key!
Be proactive and results driven
Excellent telephone manner
Be able to identify and develop new business opportunities
Be very sales and target motivated, self driven and goals oriented
To complete the picture, you need to be ambitious, articulate with excellent communication skills, comfortable with making C-level business development calls
If you pull all this off, you’ll be making sales and progress all day long.
While all of this is year one and beyond, day one is pretty good too. You’ll be working alongside great people, in a relaxed office and being very well compensated along the way (Â£25-Â£28k base, Â£35k+ ote in year 1). In year 2/3 you can expect to progress to a more senior Account Manager job, with OTE of Â£60,000.
