The Company are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join the team on temporary time basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting the sales team, providing a professional and efficient service to key customers
Supporting the Sales team for initial queries.
Taking inbound calls.
Quoting prices back to customers within agreed service level times.
Handling order related queries, ETA, licenses and other requests.
Handling back orders.
High attention to currency exchange rates and profitability.
