Recruitment Compliance Administrator, Birmingham – 8 week temporary role – £8.50 per hour – To start immediately!
The Business Process and Compliance Team are responsible for delivering a high touch compliance administrative support to our client accounts, based at our Operational Delivery Centre in Central Birmingham. The key focus of this role is to forge relationships with all parties, including key stakeholders within the client and all suppliers as part of the recruitment supply chain.
Key areas of responsibility will be around
compliance administration utilising various systems to track and maintain compliance
managing references, external database checks and compliance documents for multiple starters over multiple accounts dependant on client contract requirements
security clearance: responsible for monitoring the processing of clearance paperwork ensuring core deadlines
maintenance of all systems and records, in a timely and accurate manner
resolve queries effectively in a timely manner
provide data and feedback for monthly and quarterly service reviews
The successful candidate will have proven administration experience, ideally working in high volume recruitment environment. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and SLA’s is imperative for this role.
