Job title: Employee Benefits Consultant
Location: Home Based / Northern Region
Salary: up to Â£40,000 basic (depending on market experience) + car allowance + competitive uncapped commission scheme
My client is one of the UK’s leading insurance brokers, employee benefits, healthcare and financial planning consultancies.
We have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Healthcare Consultant to join our Employee Benefits division. The role is field / home based so location anywhere within the Northern Region including, Manchester, Yorkshire, Leeds, Middlesbrough and Newcastle where you will be meeting with Clients and further developing your relationships.
The purpose of the role is to develop new business opportunities within the Healthcare Employee Benefits market as well as manage a small portfolio of existing business. You will be expected to utilise a comprehensive support function, telemarketing team and your own networking to maximise new business sale opportunities with organisations in your area meeting clients face-to-face and pitching the features and benefits of the Jelf Healthcare proposition.
Skills and experience:
Experience within a similar Healthcare or Employee Benefits Sales role is essential
An understanding of Employee Benefits product in particular Healthcare
Proven track record or developing new business accounts and meeting sales targets
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
