As the Client Development Manager you will be delivering specialist professional education in a wide range of sectors to some of the UKs largest and most successful companies transforming their learning and development experience through leadership and interactive learning. As the Client Development Manager you will be working over a large range of sectors delivering award winning training and development programmes for our award winning boutique client.
About The Role
As the Client Development Manager you will have an exciting opportunity to develop the total relationship with key existing accounts creating long lasting high impact positive results. The Client Development Manager will be working with existing clients and lapsed clients consulting around the training and learning requirements. Our client will support you with training, clear progression path and all the tools and resources you will require to be a huge success. The Client Development Manager will be helping define strategy at board level as well as manage all the client’s that they win through the consultative sales approach adopted.
Key Responsibilities for Client Development Manager
Work closely with Senior Management to advice on all aspects of training and development content and delivery to achieve all client objections
Manage and influence senior level client contacts and maintain positive and successful relationships
Establish and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring that there is regular and structured contact that will included face-to-face meetings and telephone/e-mail communications

A hands on approach to problem solving, identifying issues and using initiative and available resources to ensure client service level is upheld
The ability to manage demanding relationships for a large and complex client with great balance between operational management and strategic development
