Urgent Requirement: 2 x Experienced Technical Repairs Officers for local authority client based in South East London.
Working as part of a team providing technical, administrative and Customer support within the Housing Asset Management service.
Working in this busy service, you will be dealing with telephone calls relating to repairs and maintenance work from borough residents and field based staff.
Experience in use of IT systems is essential and you must be willing to learn and work on our In-House Repairs System.
This frontline role requires candidates with excellent communication skills, strong customer service experience and administration skills.Experience providing effective administrative support within a technical environment
Experience within a customer-facing role, dealing with customer telephone enquiries
Good general administrative experience including IT skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organised and able to meet deadlines
We are looking for people who have experience in a frontline Customer Services role, preferably in a Building Services Repairs /Maintenance environment. Candidates must also be willing to be flexible in their approach to cover the demands of the service.
