The Job: An exciting job opportunity for the role of office manager at the world`s first aggregator of Crowdfunding and alternative finance opportunities, has become available! The position will entail a variety of tasks from dealing with enquiries from business owners looking to raise finance for their business, to recruitment, managing staff & directors, general admin to even FCA regulation and organising the contract cleaning. Your working hours are 9 – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. The company is growing at such a pace, the opportunities for growth are endless. There are no official entry requirements for this role but we will be looking at candidates with a minimum of five GCSEs (grades A-C) and good IT skills KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing Directors and Staff Managing the office Managing applications from entrepreneurs looking for finance Setting up meetings with new clients Researching the latest products and regulations Liaising between entrepreneurs and various finance platforms Maintaining relationships with partners DESIRED SKILLS: Management skills Organising skills and the ability to get things done Excellent communication and listening skills PC literate with basic programs such as excel, word and power point The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply Good negotiation skills Good mathematical and computer skills Plenty of drive, initiative and motivation An honest and trustworthy manner Attention to detail The ability to analyse and research information Salary: 22,000 pa If this is a role that you think you could excel in then please send a CV to
