Our client is a family run business operating within 19 branches across East Anglia covering agricultural, construction and horticultural machinery and they are looking to recruit a PA to support the Sales Director at their Head Office in Ulting, Essex
Main Responsibilities for the PA position will be:
– Supporting the Sales Director with all administration duties including, letters, emails and minutes of meetings
– Prepare letters and mail merge documents for sales marketing initiatives and our clients shows
– Prepare presentations, documents and venues for sales managements meetings
– Maintain the holiday calendar for the sales office
Requirements for this PA position are:
– Previous PA experience is essential
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal diplomatically with customers and managers in a polite and professional manner, both written and verbal
– A flexible approach to working hours (including some weekend work and nights away) is essential.
– Excellent telephone manner
– Be organised with the ability to multitask efficiently
– Have a flexible and approachable manner
– Shorthand/touch typist would be desirable
– Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Social Media is essential
– Confident driver essential
– Hands-on approach
The hours are 40hrs per week – 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (1hr unpaid lunch)
Due to the requirements of this role and the location, you will need to have your own transport.
