Graduate HR Administrator with some HR experience? An absolutely lovely role working for a good quality professional firm that will support CIPD and will offer development and mentoring to develop your HR career. An HR Administrator of graduate calibre, you will ideally have started your CIPD and have exposure in a human resources environment. It’s a busy role within a friendly team.

HR Administrator will be involved in the full HR process including:

Recruitment and Graduate recruitment including screening cvs and arranging interviews
Running assessment centres and Graduate days
Responsible for administration of full employee lifecycle including inputting onto HR systems
Dealing with, checking and entering payroll information
Preparing offer letters, contracts etc
Administration of L&D including organising training courses
Joiners and leavers processes and paperwork
Referencing
Assisting with appraisals
Managing sickness and absences
Taking minutes in grievance and disciplinary meetings
Involvement in general ER issues and queries
Experience & Skills:

Some exposure to an HR environment
Strong Word and Excel
CIPD qualification (or working towards it)
Graduate or of graduate calibre
