This role will provide a full PA support to the Global CEO, therefore a high level of strong secretarial, administration and communication skills are essential. In addition, a pro-active, approachable and flexible attitude is very important in order to be able to work in a fast paced, team-orientated environment and to juggle the demands of this busy, high profile role.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate with significant Senior Executive Assistant experience from within a commercial global organization.
We are looking for the following level of experience and skills:
Extensive and complex diary management including pro-active management of CEO schedules and emails as required.
High-level secretarial support including high quality administration and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office systems to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as Internet skills.
Experience in organising meetings and conferences (within the UK and overseas) including regular Executive Board and Group Board meetings.
Professional liaison with the COO, , Board Members, Senior Executives, Directors and external clients.
Organise all aspects of travel in line with Travel and Expense policy.
Typing of general correspondence. (Ability to compose correspondence/responses on behalf of CEO when directed).
Liaison with external consultants and external suppliers.
Expense management for CEO
Carrying out general day to day office administration, stationery orders and invoice management.
Organisation and ongoing upkeep of all file retrieval systems.
Undertaking ad hoc duties as requested by the CEO
Excellent planning and organisation skills.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
