We are looking for people that aren’t afraid to voice their opinions, shape a business and sit on the leadership board of one of the most exciting Fintech businesses! As the HR Director, you will shape the culture through the recruitment strategy – ensuring that an identity is made.
This team has doubled in recent years and expects even more growth globally! This growth is very exciting, but brings new challenges with it: managing and professionalizing the recruitment process, streamlining internal admin processes, and most importantly making sure we manage the growth process in a way that strengthens our people and our culture.
You will report into the CEO and the option for equity is very much realstic! If you like to sound of building a business with the option for a fantastic financial gain, this is the role for you.
This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the overall direction of a rapidly growing, superbly ambitious company. You will fundamentally be responsible for making this business an (even more) amazing place to work as they scale, and be awarded great latitude and responsibility to achieve this.
We are not too hung up on Financial Services experience, this is more about the cultural fit within the business. As this business is within its infancy, the role of Head of HR will be be very much a working process.
In this role you will;
Develop an inspiring, actionable and impactful People Strategy that translates into successful talent acquisition, management, development, succession and retention plans
Make sure this business is a genuinely fun place to work where people are afforded opportunities to grow individually and as teams
Ensure we maintain and develop our unique, amazing culture as we grow, strengthening our values along the way
Manage, lead and develop a growing team to support these goals
Be an allround business champion and making sure we present ourselves in the best light to current and future potential hires
We’re looking for someone who :
Combines a strategic mindset with great attention to detail: this role requires highlevel thinking as well as a desire to dig into minute details (at times)
Thrives in a fastpaced entrepreneurial environment, knows when to persevere whilst being adaptive enough to change course when required
Can articulate an inspiring, actionable People vision and strategy
Demonstrates passion for people and organisational challenges
Can credibly grow and manage a team to support these goals
Possesses the gravitas to bring out the best in our leadership team
Ideally, you would also :
Have worked in a fastpaced/ highgrowth/ tech environment (ideally helped 1 or 2 startups to grow along the way)
Be numerate / highly analytical: we believe in data
Speak a bunch of languages – we are operating across 6 countries and are unlikely to stop at that
