This is an exciting opportunity for a consumer focused Inbound Account Executive role. It will be an office based role in Central London
The client specialises in medical treatments and are launching a brand new clinic in London following huge successes in their country. They have big plans for their specialised procedure and are currently operating in several countries worldwide. This is a new role so there is great potential to grow within the company and their UK operations, full training will be provided.
The Inbound Account Executive will manage inbound enquiries and convert these into appointments for treatments, no cold calling is required. The treatment is of a sensitive nature so utmost consideration must be used when speaking to clients. You will need to qualify leads and make sure the treatment is appropriate. Excellent communication skills on all aspects of the role is a must. You will receive commission for successfully converting leads to appointments. The clinic will have a monthly target for treatments, all treatments over target will result in an additional monthly bonus.
The Inbound Account Executive will need to have minimum 18 months telephone experience ideally within Healthcare or FMCG. You will need to be comfortable speaking to high net worth individuals and have excellent organisation and communication skills. You will need to have a commercial acumen and aptitude for sales.
The Inbound Account Executive will be offered Â£25,000 – Â£30,000 Basic Salary + Commission + Bonus
