Waddington Brown is working in partnership with a well-established international business based in Bury St Edmunds to recruit an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant to their team. Reporting to a Manager, this is a varied role and responsibilities will include:
Producing employee correspondence as required which may include starter/leaver information
Acting as the first point of contact for day to day HR queries
Recruitment and advertising coordination and administration
Maintenance of employee records
Production of reports for absence, holiday, attendance, performance etc.
Maintenance of HR systems
To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous HR experience or an HR related degree/qualifications and possess strong administration skills. You will be able to work in a fast paced environment, and thrive on a busy workload. Excellent communication skills together with high attention to detail and excellent systems knowledge are also desirable qualities.
