£34,000 – £36,000 per annum DOE, plus up to £20K bonus opportunity, Audi company car, private medical insurance plus other benefits.

As part of our expansion program and our mission to “Dominate the market through Excellence”, we are looking for an extraordinary individual to join with us and manage our branch in Reading to even greater success.

Skills

You will be confident about running a small highly skilled office team, and managing our local care force. (Full training and nurse support will be provided) You will also relish the opportunity in meeting new and existing clients and developing long term relationships through outstanding customer support and service. You will have ambitions to further develop your skills and career and operate to the highest ethical values. Ensuring your branch meets all regulatory requirements and financial targets. A background in healthcare or nursing is beneficial but not critical. But you must believe yourself and demonstrate that you have the intellect, drive, exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage and direct your local workforce.
