MRICS qualified surveyor through the Commercial Property (General Practice) route required for Associate Director titled role within this major organisation. You will be required to generate technical content for members linked to international standards and provide ideas, analysis and practice advice to develop activities. You will be responsible for promoting and developing relationships with volunteer members/groups and external organisations. You will take responsibility for the running of UK Management Consultancy, Arts & Antiques and Dispute Resolution Professional Groups. This role is viewed to be highly important within the Standards Directorate, our client’s Centre of Technical Excellence.
Candidates must essentially be MRICS qualified and have significant knowledge and experience of the surveying profession and practice within the Commercial Property sector. You will also be experienced in line management, technical report writing and financial/project management. You should be comfortable working under pressure, delivering to deadlines and facilitating often complex ideas into clear explanations and briefs. Most importantly you should be able to plan and implement projects and work with other teams to achieve defined outcomes. Basic salary budget Â£55,000 to Â£60,000.
