This organisation, based in Central London, is looking to recruit experienced Telesales Consultants to join their sales team.

You will be following up warm sales leads where customers have expressed an interest when asked about switching energy suppliers. Their client has a unique proposition for the market which will help aid your sales ability.

Knowledge in energy switching/sales would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.

The ideal Telesales Consultant will have at least 6 month’s proven experience in telesales. Experience in meeting sales targets and building rapport with both clients and customers is essential. Candidates must be clearly spoken, self-motivated and driven.

Your working day will be fast-paced and intense from start to finish.

Title: Telesales Consultant
Location: Central London
Salary: Basic salary up to £14k per annum, plus bonus, OTE £17k – £23k

The Telesales Consultant will be responsible for the following:
· Developing trusted relationships with future customers
· Presenting unique solutions which save our customers time, money and reduce their carbon emissions
· Sell solutions
· Contacting businesses, with the aim to look at adding value to their utility contracts
· Achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets
· Achieving the target conversion rates set
· Adhering to the sales compliance rules at all times – all sales are generated in line with our quality standards
· Accurately completing all customer details & sales information to the required standard

The ideal Telesales Consultant will possess the following:
· Minimum of 6 months telesales experience – we would welcome candidates from all sales backgrounds
· Knowledge of the energy sector is useful but not essential as a comprehensive training programme is offered
· Experience in high value consultative selling would also be an advantage but is not essential
· The ability to communicate effectively and professionally to all customers
· The ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary
· The ability to be self-motivated and focused on continually achieving and exceeding targets
· Demonstrable creativity and the ability to think outside of the box
· A target and results driven working attitude

As a Telesales Consultant you will need to possess a drive for success, a passion for sales and heaps of ambition. You’ll be joining a busy call-centre environment and receive a basic salary as well as commission.
