HR Manager (Part Time)
A city based boutique law firm is looking for an HR Manager to join their HR team on a contract basis for 12 months. This maternity cover will run from May 2016 for 6 months in what is an end to end generalist position managing a team of 2.
This role sits in a team of 3 and is the go to person for partners and divisional heads for all HR issues. Owing to the size of the company you will get involved across the full range of duties and be willing to work in a heavily operational HR structure.
A particular area of priority for this role would be staff training and process improvement; which the successful candidate is able to grow and take full ownership for.
In addition, this role takes full responsibility for the payroll and benefits administration of the firm; including coordinating the firm’s annual salary review and managing the firm’s annual performance review. For this role, the successful candidate must have previous experience in a HR Manager role in a similarly sized professional services environment.
