Rate of pay: Â£9 per hour

The Temporary Customer Service Administrator will support a number of departments within the office and will exercise a flexible approach to their tasks and workload. Responsibilities will include:
Taking inbound calls from both internal and external customers
Analysing data and producing reports
Administering the day to day operations, including issuing letters and emails
Resolving customer queries and complaints
Updating and maintaining customer details on the database
Generating and updating reports
General Administration duties
Successful candidates must have:
Accuracy and attention to detail;
Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills;
High level of efficiency;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Analytical skills to understand customer’s requirements and provide a practical solution; and
Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment.
