We are seeking a Recruitment Manager in Central London to lead on all matters of company wide recruitment. Applicants must have in-house recruitmeent experience.

The role commences on a 6 -12 month contract.

Applicant should meet the following criteria:

Prior Internal Recruitment experience
Experience of implementing an internal talent acquisition strategy
The ability to analyse long term recruitment needs

Responsibilities:

Implementation of a long term talent acquisition strategy
Lead on senior level recruitment across the business
Leadership of a small internal recruitment team
Manage recruitment specific projects across the UK
Lead the organisations learning & development programme
Fully engage with stakeholders across the business

Momentum Talent Acquisition works in partnership with internal and outsourced recruitment teams via RPO and Managed Services to identify recruitment and HR professionals across EMEA.
