Insight Manager – SAS/SQL – Analytics

As Insight Manager you will work closely with significant clients to deliver actionable customer insights and drive business performance. You will manage a small team of analysts and be involved in leading and planning the client’s analytical agenda.
Using the extensive data available, you will be the voice of the customer in answering clients critical business questions and will drive important commercial decisions.
Day to day responsibilities include:
Management and development of a small team of analysts
Identification and proposition of advanced and innovative analytical solutions
Support on team analytical projects and ensure that all recommendations are high quality and actionable
Business reporting and tracking
Build and develop your own approach in line with client priorities and deadlines
Experience using SAS and / or SPSS, SQL (Coding in particular necessary)
Understanding of statistical analysis techniques e.g. regression, clustering, CHAID and propensity modelling.
Experience leading and / or managing a team of more junior analysts, ideally those using SAS, SQL or similar statistical analytics tools
Ideally you will have a background working within either retail, FMCG or customer loyalty.
Experience of delivering data driven actionable insights.
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
