An entrepreneurial private investment and venture capital firm is looking for a high calibre, passionate individual from within the private equity space to own and drive talent attraction, management and some operational but value add HR programmes.
The role will have a key focus on recruitment across all of the teams and functions within the business, as well as supporting the Head of Talent to drive the strategic people agenda; building a skills matrix within the investment business, retaining and developing high performing individuals and teams. Wider responsibilities include working with the HRD on senior hiring, compensation benchmarking and global projects. You will also support the HR teams of businesses receiving investment by providing guidance, advice and execution on employee and performance issues.
A track record as a senior level recruiter in the private equity space, either in-house or search side with a genuine desire to broaden out into a broader talent HR role; or
Experience as an HR generalist or BP within the private equity space, with a real passion for talent attraction and engagement
Excellent commercial understanding and entrepreneurial flair, at home in a fast paced but collaborative environment
