Manage a strong team (wholesale and retail) capable of executing commercial and branding goals in UK. The brand portfolio consists of 20 Art Perfume brands.
Maintain the UK operation from ground up and oversee strategy, including organisational structure planning, incentive structures, and infusing HR operations with innovation and creativity;
Create target-oriented performance culture, focused on delivering superior service and product to all clients and developing trust-based long-term business relationships;
Manage in-country budget to ensure profitability goals are met, and forecasting and budgeting cycles are managed efficiently and effectively.
Sales & Business Development
Develop Key Account strategic growth plan with marketing implementation.
Review and adjusts the Sales targets.
Analyse, report and adjust action plans on monthly, quarterly basis reflecting seasonal sales trends vs forecast
Manage, develop and drive sales
Implement the necessary tools (training, incentive and marketing) to elevate the key account revenues per customer.
Set up key performance indicator panels to improve tracking of brand performance: Sell-In and Sell-Through with a quantitative and a qualitative approach.
Design and implement sales and business development plan and targets to significantly grow sales for the Intertrade portfolio of brands
Maintain strong, positive and sustainable relationships with clients and business partners
Ensure that the existing clients are properly serviced and meet growth plan
Marketing & communication
Identify and develop new pertinent opportunities for the brand in terms of PR and marketing with the objective of growing brand awareness and sales
Provide sales and marketing support to all clients

Proven success in sales at a previous organization
Experience in marketing communication strategy
Desire to maintain a business and be involved in all sides of the business
Perfect knowledge of the UK market & its main players.
Strong analytical skills & ability to think strategically.
5 years experienced as a Key Account manager, or a Sales Manager
Extensive knowledge of selective distribution (either through perfume/cosmetics/fashion/accessories background)
Bring direct existing portfolio of contacts and client relationships
Language skills:fluency in English (pre-requisite) and one or more of the following: Italian, Spanish or German would be advantageous
Open personality with a “can do attitude”
