Manage background screening for all FTE and Contingent staff in EMEA
Support specific screening review projects as allocated by the CSI team.
Send initial screening invitation to candidates
Review online application forms against CV and due diligence interview notes, requesting additional checks where required
Provide Business Units with regular updates on screening
Follow up with candidate and vendor for missing information required for screening
Review screening report, sign off all components and submit for Morgan Stanley final sign off.
Escalate any anomalies in screening as required
Meet with candidates to verify documents for criminal record checking
Ensure all screening documentation is loaded onto internal filing systems.
Coordinate monthly review meetings with the vendor management team.
Support ad-hoc projects related to background screening process re-design.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
Experience in background screening, admin experience desired but not essential
IT skills to include competency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong written and proofing/editing skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong execution skills
Strong analytical skills
Effective meeting skills
Sound judgement – know when and how to escalate, close issues down etc
Ability to build relationships remotely and locally, ability to establish credibility
Systematic approach – able to see implications of change across different functions and business units
Organised and able to manage a busy workload
