Our client is a successful and established blue chip company with global offices, dealing with investments in the Financial sector. The company is currently looking for a professional PA/Secretary to work in their modern offices in North West London.
-Providing support to the entrepreneurial Partners
-Arranging international travel
-Maintaining busy diaries
-Scheduling and organising internal and external meetings
-Assisting with conference calls
-Typing reports and routine correspondence from dictation
-Creating PowerPoint presentations and documents
-Liaising with City bankers and solicitors
-Organising boardroom lunches
-Coordinating staff events
Skills and attributes:
-Previous experience within a corporate environment
-Excellent IT skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Audio and copy typing
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, team-oriented PA/secretary to join an established company. The beautiful offices are easily accessed by public transport and off street parking is provided. The offices are within walking distance of all local amenities.
