The Company’s main focuses are on their brand awareness, increasing customer loyalty and retention. To gain maximum effectiveness the company utilise different methods which can include B2B and business to consumer promotions.
The successful Customer Sales Consultant will have:
The desire to learn new skills
The ability to communicate well with others
Be adaptable to work on various client accounts
Sales, customer service and retail experience would be advantageous (Although not essential)
On a day to day basis, you’ll talk to potential and existing customers, dealing with a mixture of sales, customer services & client representation. Your main focus will be informing customers of the benefits of the companys products & services, dealing with enquiries & processing sales.
Whether you have years of experience or are looking to gain new skills, we can offer full product training, although individuals should be confident, self motivated and driven to further career progression. However we welcome candidates with previous experience in sales, customer service, advertising, promotions, retail, call centre, hospitality or marketing.
Successful candidates can expect to earn between £18,000 – £28,000 per annum. There are also excellent opportunities to enhance and develop your career.
