We’re looking for talented sales people to cover regions incorporating Ireland and Scotland. Who love our clients product and want to talk to people about it. You’ll be the face of our client and embody our mission: to contextualize the world’s private company information. You need a builder mentality; someone who breaks new ground as part of the founding commercial team, and forges relationships with the world’s most savvy users of business information, from financial services institutions to technology companies.

Challenges:

We’re shaking up an industry that has been dominated by 3 or 4 companies for the past 20 years – you’ll need to find new ways of connecting with customers that are used to hearing the same things
We have a new vision for how data should be used, and our product continues to evolve – you’ll need to be able to articulate that vision and sell our value proposition
We have a relatively new sales team still establishing its culture within a company that continues to be obsessed with product and tech – there are no free passes, you need to earn your stripes
This is a 100% new business role – we want people who love closing deals
As a fast growing startup we have limited sales support – you’ll learn to work across different departments and develop your resourcefulness along the way
To be successful you will need to:

Embody the vision of our client
Have an innate ability to build authentic relationships both internally and externally
Be naturally curious about how our business and our product works
Be highly metrics driven
Be able to maintain high deal velocity and balance the demands of multiple, lower value deals with larger enterprise sales
Be extremely well organised and know how to prioritise when everything is a priority
Have a proven track record of overachievement in a target driven sales environment
SaaS / cloud sales experience would be an advantage
