Purpose of the role:

You will be the first point of contact for our visitors and be responsible for dealing with all types of enquiries and clerical duties. You will provide administrative support to various departments within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in filing in Central Support departments;
Assisting with general clerical support tasks;
Answering and diverting telephone calls and taking messages;
Mail handling;
Note taking at meetings;
Assisting in photocopying large bundles.
