REPORTS TO: VP Content Operations
SCM World is the cross-industry learning community powered by the world’s most influential supply chain practitioners. We exist to advance the profession of supply chain management and our vision is to shape the future of supply chain for consumers, for business and for the lasting benefit of society.
We help senior executives share best practice insights through virtual learning programmes and events – and our members have access to predictive, ground-breaking research which is focused on driving innovation in supply chain. Our agenda is set by an advisory board of the world’s top supply chain leaders and the world’s leading business schools. We also have our own team of expert researchers who are committed to providing insights into important trends affecting the profession and we are passionate about making a difference to critical world issues such as the global distribution of food, universal access to healthcare and environmental sustainability. Members of our community include Unilever, Amazon, Nike, Caterpillar, Cisco, Chevron, Dell, Nestlé and General Mills. In recognition of its rapid growth, SCM World recently received The Queen’s Award for Enterprise: International Trade, and was included in both The Sunday Times SME Fast Track and SME Export Track 100 lists for 2015. With its head office in central London and a US office in Boston, SCM World is a vibrant, dynamic and entrepreneurial organisation, at the forefront of its field, whose people are pivotal to its continuing success.
