An exciting opportunity has arisen in Brighton to join a growing financial services on a part time basis, taking sole responsibility for their payroll and working hand in hand with the HR department.

The main responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Payroll submission/checking/co-ordination of Exec. authorisation
  • Month end reporting
  • Maintain central payroll data report
  • Salary reconciliations
  • Produce Payroll Journal ready for posting to the Finance System
  • Pension Auto Enrolment administration & Monthly payment submission
  • Employee benefits administration (Healthcare/Eye care/Season Ticket Loans/Staff Bonds)
  • Monthly MI reporting
  • Headcount Tracker
  • Payroll migration proposal/collation of data
  • Maintain payroll policies and procedures
  • Prepare salary information for annual bonus allocation
  • Assist with annual salary review process
  • Accept personal details changes on
  • Complete Office for National Statistics Surveys
  • Review and recommend continuous improvements

Ideally, looking for someone who can assist with ensuring that all payroll data inputted and maintained for the whole start to finish payroll process. My client is looking for someone who would be comfortable working within an outsourced payroll in a sole capacity completing the full start to finish process.
