We are recruiting for a number of people to come and work in Client Admin Support roles in our Dorking office.
These roles play an important part in the servicing of our clients pensions schemes and support the Scheme/client/Portfolio owner who is the main contact for our Pensions/Savings clients.
You will answer general pension’s/savings products queries and provide day-to-day administration of pension polices.
Please note that we are now pleased to announce that the Dorking office will remain at the Pixham End site.
Providing accurate information to external customers and internal stakeholders
Maintaining records on our systems to ensure that customer and policy details are up to date and comply with the requirements of our regulators
Although much work is computer based you will also be speaking to external parties, including members of pension/savings arrangements and key personnel associated with our large corporate customers directly to process their queries efficiently
Providing the highest level of service to maintain our excellent reputation
Using your own initiative to complete tasks to the highest standard, identifying ways to make day-to-day processes as efficient as possible
Build relationships with our customers so we can improve our services through honest feedback
You will operate within the risk appetite of the company and understand when formal assessment/escalation processes need to be invoked
Following bespoke processes when applicable
Skills & Experience required
5 GCSE’s including Maths and English Grade C (or equivalent) are preferred
Excellent communication skills, either from a phone based, retail or hospitality environment
High attention to detail
Be a self-motivated individual
Willingness to work flexible and longer hours, when the work position requires it.
Excellent communication skills
Existing moderate computer skills, with the ability to learn new computer systems
Be able to work effectively as an individual or as part of a team
Take ownership and show initiative for your own development
Able to work in an environment which can be stretching
Responds well to an environment where change can occurs at short notice
