Job Title: Customer Experience Agent
Salary: £8 per hour
Working 5 days per week including weekend
Our client based in Sittingbourne is looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join their expanding team on a Temp to Perm Contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who wants a career and to progress within a well-known company.
Due to the location the candidate must drive.
Handling in-bound calls and outbound calls
Delivering excellent customer service
Handling queries and resolving any issues within defined timescales,
Responding to emails,
Help develop the business by exceeding expectations and striving for more
Providing prompt, efficient and consistent information and communication in line with client & company policy
The candidate will need to be proactive and a self-starter,
Highly computer literate; familiar with basic Microsoft programs and previous experience getting to grips with different software applications Ability to remain calm under pressure
Must have excellent communications skills and have a positive attitude towards work,
The candidate must be confident and have a good telephone manner,
Experience gained in customer service and telephone work within a similar environment
Previous experience in managing multi-channel interactions, including social media, ‘real time’ online chat and email enquiries, as well as more traditional contact methods
Knowledge of CRM (customer databases) tools such as Salesforce
