Due to company expansion and large investment into new machinery upgrades, I am now working on behalf of a leading kitchen Manufacture who have a number of vacancies within there Maintenance division. I am looking to speak with Mechanical or Electrical biased Maintenance Engineers who have experience within a FMCG, Manufacturing or Woodworking environment.
Based in Barton-upon-Humber, and Scunthorpe my client is currently going through a large expansion project which includes investment of new manufacturing machinery across multiple sites. Reporting into the Maintenance manager you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance of all equipment & systems across site.
Other duties include:
Performing reactive maintenance including fault finding and repair of breakdowns.
Support continuous improvement activities across the department.
Ensuring compliance with quality, H&S and company standards.
Completion of required documentation & electronic systems.
Diagnose and rectify automation faults whilst performing planned maintenance of the equipment.
To help develop shift teams and own capabilities to continuously improve maintenance capability and effectiveness
Provide expertise to rectify normal ongoing breakdowns in Electrical, Mechanical and Pneumatic control systems

FMCG, Manufacturing or Woodworking Experience.
Knowledge of PLC and automation technologies – Advantageous.
