This is an exciting part time opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join this househould name manufacturing business in a three day a week role, based in Aylesbury. You will need to be commercially astute and be committed to driving a value added HR service to the site operations teams (80 people in client group) and move the HR agenda forward in order to support delivery of outstanding business performance.
Provision of great HR advice, support and appropriate challenge to Senior Managers within a partnering capacity ensuring policy compliance and legal requirements are maintained.
Talent attraction, recruitment and retention within the business.
Identify, create and deliver appropriate training plans that support business performance and operational delivery.
To drive measurable engagement improvements through an innovative annual employee opinion survey
Provide intelligence, implications and recommendations to the HRBP on total reward benchmarking with particular reference to pay negotiations.
To work on business wide HR projects as identified in the HR strategy
Candidates should have a solid Human Resources Generalist background with strong employee relations and policy work. Experience of working in the manufacturing, food producer industries would be desirable.
