Fantastic opportunity to join a highly-reputable and inspiring firm on a permanent staff basis. Our client is at the forefront of delivering projects and solutions to the technology, engineering, construction procurement, Government & Defence sector; and are now looking for an experienced Auditor to be based from home supporting the central London Office.

As the selected Auditor, you will provide quality assurance, supplier management, asset review and cost assessment services across multiple contracts. This WORKING FROM HOME role is also field-based, and will see you apply your strong interpersonal skills, as you will develop relationships with clients to understand business requirements, liaise with client subject matter experts to provide a coordinated audit service, and support the operational team in liaising with client representatives. You will be responsible for maintaining KPI measures, ensuring audits are carried out to quality and programme, as well as monitoring your own performance and report any areas where you require support.

Key responsibilities:

Review customer perception results following audit findings
Work closely with Audit Manager, Audit Team and other teams to enhance systems and procedures to benefit client
Assist with development of audit team and company Integrator
Assist with the implementation of business continuity and disaster recovery plans
Continually strive to improve company perception by setting a professional example
Deputise for the senior manager where necessary
Essential requirements:

Previous auditing FM management related experience
Technical report writing skills
Good understanding of building compliance and legislation
Met Police Security Clearance
Ability to provide technical assistance and support teams
Strong time-management and analytical skills
Confident working independently and as part of a small team within tight deadlines
Good understanding of contract requirements, building compliance & legislation, waste & soft service provision, and client policies and procedures
Good communication skills to build rapport and identify and meet customer needs
This Auditing role will also see you developing and promoting a clear understanding of company activities in order to provide a high-quality service. As the selected Auditor you will have security clearance or be able to obtain this. This is a brilliant opportunity for experienced individuals to work for a highly-reputable company.
