Your new role
In this role you will be working closely with the Director of HR and you will manage a team of 4 delivering and implementing a clear and cost-effective recruitment strategy. As the Recruitment Manager you will review and improve the resourcing strategy continuously reviewing performance to deliver on objectives in a concise and time-effective way. You will manage internal stakeholder relationships as well as external agreements. Working closely with HR and the wider leadership team you will forecast and prepare and continuously improve the candidate experience during the recruitment cycle. Team management, direct sourcing/head-hunting for senior appointments and developing an overall centre of excellence are key requirements to this fantastic job opportunity.
What you’ll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you will need be to have experience within the NHS and in leading a recruitment team. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to develop stakeholder relationships. With strong leadership and influencing skills you will also have expertise in reviewing and implementing a recruitment strategy taking on-board feedback from managers, HR and the wider leadership teams. In addition you will have extensive experience in direct sourcing and executive search for senior appointments.
