Sales Administrator – Key Accounts – Hotels Team HU-Budapest
Please Note: This role is basded in Budapest. You will have to be eligible to work in the EU and relocate to Hungary if you’re interested in this role.

Our client provides a first-rate reservation service in 38 languages that uniquely combines local knowledge and local connections to provide the best hotel deals to both business and leisure travelers.
As a Sales Administrator you will assist in all functions of Partner Services Department and in hotel supply network. In addition, you will be required to support activation and maintenance of hotel relationships and to coordinate with other departments involved in assigned projects.
Assist in creation and activation of hotels
Support the Account Managers in daily admin tasks and scheduled projects
Support operational processes to improve operational efficiencies and achieve objectives of the Key Accounts Team
Resolve all issues relating to accounting, allotment, vouchers, notification, and etc.
Prepare reports as necessary
Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks
Provide the team and the management with regular, constructive and relevant feedback
Very good command in both written and spoken English Language
Strong Team Player and goal oriented person.
Computer skills required.
Education in Tourism related field is an advantage.
