This leading property services organisation based in Wimbledon is looking for learning and development professional to make a significant impact on organisational and individual performance within the company.
Reporting to the Head of Learning and Development you will be responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of various training initiatives in support of the company’s goals and objectives. The main focus will be on developing the leadership capabilities within the business.

You will be joining an established and highly successful business with over 700 employees, and operating from over 50 locations across the Capital. The industry sector is dynamic and fast paced and the business has ambitious growth plans in place for the future. This is a great role for someone who wants to work in an organisation that is constantly evolving and which is large enough to be complex and challenging, but small enough to be able to take a holistic view and make a very visible impact.

Key responsibilities include:
To create and deliver a leadership development programme that meets the current and future needs of the business
Working with the Head of Learning and Development to identify and prioritise training needs and develop appropriate solutions to address these needs
Making effective use of blended learning in the leadership development programme and other designated training initiatives
Contributing innovative ideas for helping people learn in a fast paced, customer facing, multi-site operation
Build and maintain strong relationships with the leadership and management team, and provide support and guidance on training related issues as needed
Working with the Head of Learning and Development to constantly evolve and improve the training and development offering
Ensure that training programmes are culturally aligned, customer centric, and deliver an appreciable contribution to the bottom line
Maintain an appropriate level of industry knowledge and ensure own learning and development expertise is kept up-to-date
Design and run ‘train the trainer’ sessions for the management team and others as and when required
Select and manage appropriate external partners for to meet specialised training requirements
Promote the learning and development offering though creative and impactful internal communications and publicity

The successful candidate will have the following experience/skills/attributes:
Up-to-date knowledge of leadership development, and a proven track record in the design and delivery of successful management development and soft skills training
Evidence of an ability to come up with training solutions that deliver an appreciable contribution to the bottom line
Experience of managing the full learning cycle including; TNA, creating training plans, design, delivery, evaluation and ongoing development
An understanding of the unique challenges of creating pragmatic training solutions within a fast paced, customer facing, multi-site operation
Significant training design experience, demonstrating an ability to take an innovative and blended approach to learning, including leveraging technology/e-learning
An articulate, confident and engaging communication style, with the credibility and gravitas to influence and connect with those at a senior level within the company
Well-developed commercial acumen, with the ability to consider make decisions and problem solve in the context of the wider business environment and HR agenda
Organised, self-starter who works effectively when given a high level of autonomy
Flexible approach and willingness to get involved and take on new opportunities and manage new priorities as they arise
An interactive and high impact delivery style and experience of running sessions at senior management level and above
Previous line management experience, ideally in a retail or agency role.
Team player with a positive outlook and a practical can-do mentality.
Evidence of a collaborative, creative and customer centric approach and with a real desire to make a significant impact to both organisational and individual performance.
