Due to internal promotion a new role has become available for an experienced Team Administrator to join the UK head office of a global pharmaceutical business located near Maidenhead. Supporting a Senior Director and the team you will be an integral part of the business providing administrative and personal assistance.
This main purpose of the role will be to be recognised by all internal and external stakeholders as the contact person for all administration support for the UK field and management team.
Travel arrangements for Directors and Head of Departments
Organisation and coordination of meetings
Preparation of expenses for senior members of the team.
PowerPoint presentations in preparation for meeting.
General and varied office administration
Event management. Liaising with event company for arrangement of conferences etc.
Excellent organisation and administrative skills
Good understanding of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ideally experience of working within a Sales and Marketing environment
2 -3 years administration experience
