Working for this recognizable name in outdoor activity clothing and product retail, you will be responsible for planning and executing Customer Relationship Marketing programmes across three major brands, across mainly email, SMS and direct mail.
Forming part of a newly established CRM team, you will oversee and help manage the implementation of a new campaign management software (Adobe Campaign Manager) as well as support the Head of CRM & Content in building a team of direct marketing and retention experts.
In the short term you will establish content management processes, segmentation, customer attribution and programme testing.
You will also be responsible for the ongoing campaign analysis piece, in order to continually improve and optimize campaign performance, using actionable insights to drive decisioning across the marketing function. You will also manage the loyalty programme; ensuring its growth and success through as well as maintaining the database and it’s integrity through process management.
You should be pro-active, confident and eager to deliver a best in class services, challenging the status-quo and driving forward a high performance, targeted marketing campaigns. Your line manager is an assertive, ambitious and a focused marketing expert, looking for someone with an equally energetic approach and style.
*Strong knowledge and experience of campaign management software such as Adobe Campaign, Unica, Chordiant, epiphany, Trillium, Eloqua, faststats (Adobe Campaign experience is preferable)
*Background in data driven CRM / loyalty marketing, ,specifically working with Direct Mail, Email and SMS channel
*Experience with test and learn programs in these channels, especially with regards to personalisation and incentives
*Experience with analytical tools to develop action-oriented insights such as SQL, Google Analytics, and high levels of competence with Excel
*A strong understanding of customer lifecycle and how to influence customer behaviour
*Clear view on KPIs and what success looks like
*Experience of organising data and building capabilities such as response and predictive modelling
*Strong data mindset and inclination towards fact-based decisions
