My client is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to process all new contractors and issue contracts accurately and efficiently in line with agreed compliance and time-scale targets. This role is for a fixed term contract of 12 months and based in Maidenhead.
Responsibilities will include;
Responsible for the offers inbox, ensuring that all emails are handled within 24 hours
Ensure recruitment checklist is has been correctly completed
Request all contractor registration documentation from the contractor, adhering to standard processes
Liaise with contractors to chase for required registration documentation as specified per account including reference requests
Agree start date with recruitment team and contractors
To communicate any declined offers to the relevant Recruitment Team member
To issue contracts and chase contact returns as appropriate.
Advise contractor of time sheet submit process and confirm activation
Skills and experience required;
Intermediate Word and Excel
Knowledge of the whole temporary recruitment life cycle would be desirable
Proven accurate data entry
