Dollis Junior School is looking to appoint an ambitious Headteacher to commence in September 2016 with a track record of leadership, vision and commitment to lead our ‘Good’ school on the next stage of our journey to reach outstanding.
Having retained our ‘Good’ status by OFSTED in January 2015, our ambition is to become an outstanding school that continues to support our children to reach their full potential as learners and members of society, promotes positive relationships, good behaviour and appreciation of diversity and builds on our three core values of Respect, Honesty and Kindness.

We are looking for a Headteacher who:
Has a proven track record in driving standards as a senior member of the school leadership team.
Will be committed and relentless in pursuit of excellence and have a vision for education, with the strategic leadership and communication skills needed to deliver this.
Will get the best from the school’s dynamic, creative and highly motivated staff.
Engage the community and build on our existing partnerships in their support of and for our children.
A secure and stimulating environment in which our children are happy.
A dedicated and hardworking school team committed and highly motivated.
Active community of supportive parents and carers, volunteers.
A strong and supportive Governing Body.
