Our client is a leading telecommunications organisation who are going through a period of growth within their Perth office. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their successful and high performing team.
This is a newly created position, which requires someone to acquire new business within their target client market. Reporting directly to the State Director, you will be responsible for:
Identifing and qualifing potential clients across a broad range of industries including Corporate Services, IT and the Digital market.
Sell into these organisations with the assistance of a expert technical team behind you
Develop and grow client relationships
Engage with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis
Strategically plan new business opportunities
Proactively work with information networks in order to grow intelligence within your market.
This organisation not only has a fantastic client retention rate, it also achieved considerable growth year on year for the past 2 years.
You will be someone who has 5+ years experience within the Telecommunications / IT market and ideally have your own proven networks within the industry.
You will be someone who has a outstanding track record within a corporate sales environment
You will have experience following a proven sales methodology
Be proficient in financial revenue modelling
Conducting workshops to prospective clients
Strategic planning experience.
