We are currently recruiting for HR Assistant to work here at our UK Head Office, the successful HR Assistant will have excellent customer service skills and a willingness to embrace training and progression opportunities.
Key role activities
Â·Managing the HR inbox and escalating enquiries if need
Â·Managing 1st line HR telephone calls
Â·Ownership of New Starters paperwork
Â·Pension and Benefit reporting and liaising with suppliers
Â·Assisting with all departments administration
Â·Assisting with adhoc Project work
Essential Skills and Knowledge
Â·Excellent communication skills
Â·Basic HR experience
Â·Friendly and approachable
Â·Good time management and organisation skills
Â·Great attention to detail
Â·Strong Excel and Word skills
