Develop Email Strategy to help optimise conversion from Email Marketing, Establish website performance KPIs and reporting suite to assist in the pro-active development of all digital channels, Achieve Uniformity across all Companies with regard to email marketing and website pages, Develop PPC across the Group to provide class leading PPC campaigns with the aim of increasing quantity and quality of traffic.
My client has grown into one of the country’s largest privately owned motor groups, with around 500 employees in 16 group locations, producing an annual turnover of around Â£200 million and serving over 200,000 customers. They have 3 main arms to the company that make the collective group.
Support the Group Digital Marketing Manager (GDMM) in new initiatives, projects, products and business applications as/where needed by the Group as a whole
Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the Company websites
Support the team with emails for social campaigns, when/where needed
Create new email templates inline with developing/changing technologies
Quality control web content to ensure website performance and optimisation
Work with the team to develop web performance and traffic optimisation
Produce continuous online reporting via both email software and Google Analytics
Use reporting to suggest new areas/journeys and promote pro-active changes
Analyse campaign/promotion to help develop websites and online advertising
Set-up and maintain PPC campaigns across the group
Report on PPC performance/spend inline with defined KPIs
Keep abreast of new ways to use PPC as an online advertising medium
Target new customers/segments through email and PPC campaigns
