Person Specification
This KS2 Teacher post requires a skilled and personable NQT with an intuitive eye for good pedagogy accompanied with an unquenchable enthusiasm for their work. The Headteacher wants to recruit a KS2 Teacher with a creative and positive disposition that sees a bunch of smiling students look forward to their lessons all week. However, with a firm grasp of the curriculum, the ideal KS2 Teacher will also ensure lessons are effective, inducing an increase in engagement and attainment from their pupils.
